Rudy's has turned into a chain and lost a lot of its quality on the way. Casey's is headed that direction. Barbecue Station remains the same and I couldn't be happier. For me, it all comes down to the brisket and this place serves the tastiest in town. I eat their regularly but I've never gotten an ugly slice. Can't beat their sauce, either! The ambience is spartan, but who cares?
