The Box was our favorite at one time. Last Saturday, our 45 minute wait turned into 1 hour and 50 minutes, even after checking with the hostess and manager several times! We got seated finally but after 20 more minutes, we never even got a glimpse from a waiter or waitress! We walked out. We asked for the manager and the hostess said ""Whatever""! and went to get the manager who hid in the back room until we left. Disorganized, uncaring, obviously they don't need our or YOUR business!! Try E. G. Nicks about a block over! Great service, much better food than the Box, and a restaurant who cares. My group of 8 are all restaurant professionals for the last 15 years and we are an easy group, but the Box is not worth it!! This was the 2ND TIME this has happened here! No 3rd timers! Its BAD!!
