I visited IronSmith based on a claim, from their website, that they offered Cardio Kickboxing. When I asked the staff member about it, he basically told me that I didn't know what I was talking about. Naturally, I went home and returned with copies from their website which states that they offer CARDIO KICKBOXING. After two trips, he didn't even bother to offer any other services! He let a potential customer leave disappointed--twice! He even asked, ""How did you choose us, based on location?"" Ugh! This guy obviously thought I was some kind a mindless aerobics broad and not the marathon finisher that I am! He took one look at me and determined that I was not IronSmith material. Finally, the website states, ""we will listen to your ideas, find out what's important to you..."" Ha! I went, twice, and didn't get any help at all! Very disappointing!
