The food at Kofenya's is good, but the service is pittiful. We had to wait 15 to 20 minutes between each course. What made it worse was that the waiter kept walking by and totally ignoring us (even with our hands waving wildly in the air to get his attention). When I told him we had been waiting 20 minutes for a glass of wine and some water, he became very arrogant and said that he had poured the wine but that someone else had taken it to a different table. Before I could inform him that we in fact witnessed him delivering it to a different table, he scurried off and continued making us wait. To make matters worse, there was not a manager on-site to complain to! So, if you don't mind slow service from arrogant waiters who ignore you, this is the place to go!
