During a buisness trip to Chicago the hotel recommended the Weber Grill. I am so glad they did. NEVER pass up a chance to try the sweet potato's. The manager of the location off Dearborn where I ate told me the sauce was an old family recipe his grandmother gave him.....Melted butter and Brown sugar. The lamb was divine and everything is cooked over hot coles on giant Weber grills (made just outside of Chicago).
