We dined at Di Bella last night before hearing Pavarotti. Our waiter, Robert, did a stellar job of keeping us on schedule without appearing to rush. The mushroom appetizer was fabulous. The veal saltimbocca was the best I've ever had. The portions of all dishes were large and beautifully presented. We sampled pork, red snapper, veal, and pasta, all perfectly prepared. Graci,DiBella.
