I went here several times when I first moved to State College. While the atmosphere is nice, I really did not like my stylist. I went to her twice and both times, she kept dropping things on the floor! Scissors, hair clips, hair driers, etc. Anything she had in her hand would end up on the floor. It made me nervous to trust my hair to her clumsy hands!
