Frank Z has treated me right each time my car has needed warranty service... needing your car worked on sucks, but my experience here was that they were up-front with you about what would be involved in the work, expenses, and gave very accurate estimates for repair time. The service manager made sure to keep me up-to-date on my car's status if and when it would change and the quality of the work done was unquestionable. Highly recommended.
