Bamboo Garden in Carthage is by far THE best Chinese food in the area. They have a large buffet, clean restaurant and terrific help. My favorite part is they use only all white chicken on their buffet! The restaurant is very large so seating is never a problem. The service is great and the price is as well. Selection on the buffet is very good and the food is always fresh.
