I came to Le Brian expecting to get an excellent hair coloring and a great hair cut from what I heard from the local people in town...but, left with a very unsatisfied experience. The hair stylists that I was assigned for was a young stylist name Alex..who said he knew hair coloring and hair cut very well. After 5 mins of selecting the color that he thinks was best for my hair and skin complexion. He began to work on my hair and before we start, I asked him to make sure that no color should be left on my face, and please make sure that the color is not too dark like jet black. I want it to look as natural as possible..He told me that I don't have to worry. After he finished with washing and blow dry... I confronted with him that there's a huge difference in the color that we selected. At this time, he then confessed to me that they actually ran out of the color that I selected, and so he had to use a substitute color. In addition to that, he left color marks all over the skin around the hair lines.. He also said to me that it's normal to have this problem when you do a hair coloring, and that I would have to keep washing my hair for the next two days.. I told him that you expect me to walk out of here, and go to out around the town on my vacation with all these color marks around my forehead, side burns, and at the back of my neck? Who would go to a salon for a service looking like this..? I could have easily go to a local drug store and buy a home kit and do it myself..and I probably could have done a better job than you do. He never once say I am sorry for the mistake, and not only that expected for me to give him a tip.. I never give him the tip and nor did I ever let him let him cut my hair... Le Brian is definitely not a place that I would recommend to anyone after this experience...!!!
