We have been going to Dr. Fackrell for 2 years now and our whole family sees him. He has been wonderful with our kids and is always happy to answer any questions. We are pleased that he remembers all of us by first name is very personable. In a time where many doctors are trying to get you out of their office ASAP, he takes time to sit and talk with you and answer questions or explain things to you until you understand. His nurses are wonderful and always cheery. It's a bonus to have the same doctor for all of us.
