I really do think this is one of the very best restaurants in the United States. The food is consistently exquisite and always healthy. The meals (They have a very small set menu) are always balanced in taste and my body always thanks me for going there.
The interior is nothing special, but it is more than made up for with the great food. It hearkens back to the time when a restaurant was for restoring the health of a person, not just entertaining the palette. I am glad to say that Manzanita does both.
