J Baldwin Painters knocked on my front door offering to paint my house. The job was done quickly, however, the crew was not professional. When Joe Baldwin was not on the job site, the crew tried to get additional money from me stating that Joe had raised the price. Not two months later, the paint job started to peel. I have contacted Joe many times, he always promises to fix it but it is now two years later and he hasn't. I would not use this painter. His phone number is not a direct line, it is an answering service. So you never get to talk to Joe in person, unless he wants to talk to you.
