LocksandKeysINC is nothing more than a referral service. I called at 9am and got answering srvc that insisted he was an employee of the store and would have a locksmith call as soon as the store opened.(at10am) After many calls, I finally reached someone at the mall at 10.30. Once again they said they only answered phones and would have a locksmith call me. By 10:45 another locksmith had finished reKeying my home.at 2pm a L&K locksmith finally called.told me he was subcontracted and the only one available
