My unit had a humidity problem above 84% relative humidity. Turns out there was black mold everywhere and I got bronchitis. Management claimed the HVAC system was fine despite 88% humid air coming out and even had the audacity to deny that mold existed (what did I get bronchitis from) and blamed me without any evidence of causing the mold (I thought there wasn't any mold?). They ended up sending me a settlement offer and wanted to pay me off not to tell anyone about the black mold or post anything negative. I can't do that in good conscience because the next tenant might be at risk if management doesn't fix the problem
