Hi! Thank you so much! My technician came on time, called beforehand, and spent time thoroughly servicing our air conditioner. I am sorry that one of them was on the roof but it didn't deter him one bit. As long as these technicians are employed by Unique, I have no problems spending a bit more per year for maintenance than their competitors. This was a fine example of getting what you pay for.
