No idea what my dog had 3/31/2019

I took my 4 year old Maltese to this VCA because she had a seizure her first visit the dr was great you could tell he loved the pets and the pets love him 2 weeks later my beloved had another seizure now her back legs went out so I took my best friend back here not knowing her dr was out of town so she had to see another dr which was fine as long as they could help my fury baby and tell me what was going on we talked about prices and I told her I was on a budget so I dint need unnecessary tests after all the hours Waiting there and me believing my furry friend was going to be like normal the dr tells me that she dint know what was wrong with my furry family member so she wanted me to keep her there over night so she could get a better diagnosis And give her an iv I agreed even though I knew my fury baby would be scared I called in the morning to find out what was going on with her they said she was ok and that the dr wasn’t in yet for me to call back in a few so I did then the Dr told me she took s turn for the worse so I told her I would be there to pick her up ASAP I get there my dog was excited to see me but still not able to walk I asked the Dr what was the diagnosis she said she really didnt know blood test was good urine and stools were good she dint know so she told me to take her to a neurologist maybe they could tell me what’s going on so the Dr sent me home with 3 medications and my fury baby I took her home a day later she started walking again she was doing good I called the dr to give her the update the receptionist took a message said the Dr would get back to me when she was done with her patient a day later no return call I called a total of 4 different days and times to talk to the dr and I always got she’s with a patient she’s on her lunch she will call you back nothing on 3/29/3019 in the evening she finally returned my call and at this point my dog had fallen ill again and I was telling her what had been happening to my best friend and she still said she dint know what was going on but did I talk with the neurologist I told her yes and that the neurologist told me it would be very pricey if I took her to see the neurologist and did the Dr that seen her give me any antibiotics to make sure there was no infection I told her she dint and did the dr call me back with a diagnosis I told him no anyways when I was talking to the regular dr I told her what the neurologist people said and she said ok I can give you a prescription for that and still no diagnosis of what my furry best friend had unfortunately shortly after I got off the phone with her my fur baby passed away and now I’m heartbroken and wondering if the antibiotics should have been given to her first . I’m so confused and hurt had she returned my calls like her receptionist said would my best friend still be here ?? by the way she did try and work to give me a discount but I wish she would have known what was wrong with my fury bestfriend I’m in so much pain now sorry I have to get this out .please ask lots of questions and don’t take “I don’t know what’s going on with your pet and make sure they do the necessary tests not ones you don’t need so your baby can get the best care ?? more
