Dylan and Dennis arrived to investigate why one of my air conditioning zones was not working. They presented their cards as identification and very courteous and professional. A thorough assessment followed and 2 issues were identified. The primary problem was a malfunctioning/broken thermostat.One that would have to be ordered. Instead of leaving me with no air during another hot spell of weather on the horizon they rigged up air through a thermostat that they had on in stock until the replacement one could be ordered. That is amazing service! My daughter and the 10 international camp counselors she brought home for a day off really appreciated it. Thanks for going the extra mile.
