Sonny called and gave us a gestimate on his arrival time and he was pretty close to the mark (we appreciate promptness). He was cheerful just like his name Sonny. As he worked and checked our a/c unit, he explained in detail all of the work that he was doing and why it needed to be done. He also sat down with us and showed us what we are up against for the future. We have chosen to be on the twice yearly maintenance plan. We feel that Ray O. Cook Company has fair price and good business practices.
