Yesterday afternoon I discovered my water heater was leaking. I called 4 Star Plumbing Services, as I have used this company with excellent results. My appointment was made for this afternoon. Carlos Franco called me earlier than scheduled and politely asked if he could come at that time, always a pleasant surprise when having to wait for a service call. He proved to be a friendly and knowledgeable young man who immediately explained what needed to be done and the time frame needed. He was efficient and kept the area he was working clean and neat. He was able to affect the necessary repairs and kept me informed of the process. I am happy with this plumbing specialist and with 4 Star Plumbing Services.
