When I had a Miata it was rear ended several times. I always took it to Prestige Too, never any where else as they were recommended and guaranteed by my insurance, Allstate. On 3rd time in they told me that the car had previously had such shoddy work that I would have to pay extra, as the insurance would not cover previous bad work. Guess what, the shoddy work was their work. They insisted that the work was so bad that they could not have done it. Luckily I had records to prove they did it.
