I had an excellent experience with my recent purchase of a Flexsteel Penthouse sofa. Alysia took care of my order which I made over the phone. She let me know all the sales info and also how long it would take (2 - 2 1/2 weeks) before my sofa would arrive to be shipped to my home. A couple of weeks later I was contacted by Matt letting me know that my sofa had arrived and scheduled the day and approximate time it would be delivered. I asked to be texted a few minutes before it was to arrive as I work from home and wanted to be ready. Christian texted me 5 minutes before arrival. His partner Danny was very friendly and professional seeing where I wanted to place the couch and removing a couple of the pads as it was a tight squeeze to get the couch through the front door. Christian and Danny set up the couch and took off all the protective plastic so that it was ready for use. I know that this couch will give us years of use. Thank you Alysia, Matt, Christian & Danny for your service. Next time I'm in the Lancaster area I will stop in to say hello.
