Had a couple roofing contractors come by my house to give me a quote for a roof leak . One provided a quote to replace a vent near where the leak was located. Su Casa came over, spent about 2 minutes on the roof, and quickly identified that the leak was caused by a tree branch that had speared my roof during a recent wind storm. Thank goodness I had Su Casa come by and provide a quote or I may have hired another contractor to replace the vent (and still have the leak continue). I would strongly recommend Su Casa as they have proven to me that they are very knowledgeable, competent, and skilled with their craft.
