For my on campus job, I spend a lot of time in Cougar Creations. Whenever I go in, the staff does a wonderful job of making me feel like I'm inconveniencing them. They don't have a consistent charge for copies. The students working there have no idea what they're doing and they are SO rude. Sometimes when I go in, which always in the afternoon, the printers are off thus making me wait 20-30 minutes for the printer to "heat up". I don't know how other copy centers work, but it would be my assumption that the printer should be on.
