HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 5/19/2017

My husband and I bought a Vanity from Overstock.com and this company delivered it. We payed for in home/garage drop off and specifically told the dispatch to call us an hour before delivery because we currently do not live in the home due to renovation. I get a call Friday at noon saying the driver is 30 min from my home. I mentioned to the girl that called that my husband set up an for there to be an hour ahead call and the girl said ok I see that in the notes he will be there in an hour. I asked " so he will be there at 1pm? She said yes. At 12:45 I get another call from another girl someone different asking me if I'm home because the driver has been waiting since 12.30 at my house and there's no answer at the door. I mentioned again that we were suppose to be given AN HOUR AND ITS ONLY 12:45 and that I already spoke to someone about this also repeated myself for the 100th time that WE DO NOT CURRENTLY RESIDE IN THR HOME. Then the girl attempts to argue with me saying that they called at 11:30 and not 12. I was furious at this point demanding an enrollment address so I can send them a screen shot if when they actually called. All she could say then was that we gave 5 min to be at the house or the driver will drive away and she hung up on me. HIRE BETTER PEOPLE AND NOT SOME RUDE LITTLE GIRLS THAT HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. I spent $1,400 on a beautiful vanity but hope I never have to deal with this delivery service again! more
