Rico was very nice and did a good job. My concern is with the lack of communication between the office and Rico. I explained when I called that we'd had a fire in the house and needed the plumbing winterized. Before being able to finish the job, Rico had to leave for two hours to get something he needed. My brother and I had to wait for him with the temperature in the 20's and the house not much warmer. We are both seniors and my brother is ill. It was a long, cold wait for us.
