As a new resident to the area, I signed up for Bottini service based upon recommendations. When my boiler stopped working, they quickly sent someone to address the issue. The technician, John, was thorough and carefully went through all of the possible causes to identify the issue and fix it, and did not rush to start replacing parts unnecessarily. Very friendly guy, too. Highly recommend this company!
