We just moved into our first house a month ago, and tried the heating system for the first time today to find it wasn't working properly (blowing cold air). I e-mailed MacFarlane and they got in touch right away to schedule a service call that day (a Sunday). The technician, Frank C., was fantastic, very thorough and explained to us why things were not working right, and what he could do right now, and what would need to be done in the immediate future.
