WASTE OF MONEY. We used them for two months and NOTHIGN was corrected or removed on any of the three credit agencies. READ the contract!!! Your first payment goes to setting up your account, gathering documents (which we sent them including our credit report.) and the first round of letters. It does NOT cover a month of service. You are billed retroactively for service, meaningwe paid close to $800.00 for ONE month of the "accelerated program" and saw ZERO results. I however chose to file online disputes and send out goodwill letters of my own. In response to my work I had three negative items removed, another removed a month later, and two tax liens removed from my husbands. Save your money and do a little research! It is so easy to file disputes, mail your own letters, etc.... It is online and can be done in a few clicks, by mail, or fax. All the forms and even sample letters are free! I feel like we just flushed $800.00 down the toilet!
