Many people write reviews that fail to provide adequate information and not just their one sided point of view. The previous customer did not indicate if she asked for her engine replacement to be new, used or remanufactured. Many people desire to have the best top quality components and installation without having to pay the industry standard cost. My personal experience has been great!. I had a used transmission (that I purchased) installed by B & W in my 1994 Honda Accord and then drove it for 3 straight years with no transmission problems. At a minimum, people need to be cautious, but include all of the information (both good and bad) when posting a review. Tell it like it is, but provide an unbiased review. This will help other consumers make an informed decision on initially considering the repair facility, not returning at all or continuing services. I can only speak for myself, I have had a great and honest experience with the owner and technicians. I recommend B & W and plan on returning to have all of my transmission needs evaluated there.
