Poor customer service 4/30/2016

I went online Thursday and requested a tech come out and look at my dryer that will not heat up The Appliance Guys call me back schedule an appointment for Friday April 29th between 4 and 7 at 6:15 The Appliance Gals called me informing me that the tech was running behind and could get to me at 8 that the tech would call me 30 minutes before by 8:45 I had not received a phone call nor had anyone showed up to repair my dryer I've been called The Appliance Gals back and left a message expressing how unprofessional this was and I wanted a full refund on Saturday April 30th I still have not received a phone call from The Appliance Gals I called again at 9 a.m. on Saturday no one answer the phone no one has called me back yet I am out of $59.99 and my dryer still does not work.
