The furnace was very new but the duct work needed replacing. Mike and crew showed up always promptly, courteously, professionally.. After they arrived, they moved all the items in the basement that needed moving to get the work done. Everything was covered completely with plastic and they kept me apprised of everything as it went along.. At the end of the day, everything was neatly cleaned up. They came up with innovative ideas to keep the heat running evenly throughout the whole house. This is a great company.
