I went in the other day to exchange my ring I received as a gift. First of all, I was very displeased with the way that I was completely ignored as I entered the store. Then, when I asked to exchange my ring they didn't have them in-stock. She said they would have to order one... and she had no idea when it would be here. I feel it is kind of absurd that she had no idea when the shipment would be in, considering she runs the store. I felt this was unprofessional and the way she was answering my questions was short and as if she didn't have the time of day to talk to me. She took my information to contact me when the ring would be in, and she also took the ring and receipt and left me with no proof of purchase. I felt that was odd, so I went back in the next day, still wasn't greeted, and asked her if I could at least have my original ring back until the shipment came in. She proceeded to tell me that she could NOT do that and it was strictly against their "exchange policy". I don't understand how it would be against an exchange policy since I got nothing in return... especially since she has NO idea when the shipment would be in. I then asked her if I could AT LEAST have the receipt back to have some form of proof for the purchase.... and she ROLLED HER EYES and went behind her counter. She began to DIG THROUGH THE TRASH and handed me my receipt. I was EXTREMELY displeased with the way I was treated and I can honestly say I will NEVER use this business again. That is no way to treat someone that is buying from YOUR store. more
