I called to this location to see if I could get a quote over the phone. I was ok with him telling me that they didnt give quotes over the phone but what I did not appreciate was him telling me "you can come in and get a quote I you want but if you dont ...then dont. He sound like he was a young teenager anyways so even if he wasnt rude, I dont think I would appreciate a teenager doing my taxes!!!
