They will promise you low prices, great service, & all kinds of Bull Sh**. They go up on prices often. They charge you for everything they can. They will make service appointments for you then not show up, not call you, or email you. They will lie to your face. If you live in an area where their cable is the only one you can get, then they increase your prices every 6 months. I have basic plus cable & internet and my bill is over 150.00 a month. I;'m over a barrel. I do without my meds to have Charter/Spectrum ( a time Warner Company)/ I honestly hate them. Mom had WOW & had more channels than me, phone, internet and her bill stayed under $99.00 & they came out within hours if you had a problem. You could talk to someone in the office in West Point ( well Lanett now). They are crooks, liars, & do 1/2 way service. My brother has faster internet ( goes to his home & the one in his office), over 200 channels on TV with the boxes & receivers on 3 TV's, phone Home & office), & cell phone ( 2) with his company in FL and pays less than 125.00. They also send out free coupons you can use every month to their customers. On your birthday, you get a 25 credit on your bill & you get to watch 2 movies of your choice. Charter has never given me anything for free or even appreciated it's customers. more
