I called 1800StateFarm regarding my life insurance. The first rep told me he would contact my agent and have him contact me back. The same day, I emailed the agency and to this day they have not contacted me back. Couple days after, I called back the 1800# spoke to a lady and said she will send a note to my agent and to have him contact me. It's been almost two weeks. I have not heard from them. I too have faxed the agency twice regarding my concern and noted in the document to contact me. I have not heard from them. I too am an insurance agent and I don't treat my customers like they do.
