Last winter, came home from work to find that my heat was out. Called Kelly Heating, who had installed my furnace - they came out relatively quickly to find that a defective part was responsible (they had replaced a number of them that same day). The part was replaced under warranty, it was approximately a 10 minute service call, for which I was charged $192 for overtime labor at 7 pm on a weeknight. I am irate that the company made such a profit off of me on a known defective part. I understand that you have to pay your service man, but still - what poor customer service. Never again will I do business with this company.
