On May 2nd we signed the sales agreement for our windows to be replaced. On the sales agreement it states that the estimated start date would be in 2 weeks and the estimated completion date 45 days. On July 23rd the installer showed up for 4 hours and then on the 24 he came for another 4 hours. 9 of the 20 windows that were supposed to be installed were put in during that 8 hours. That was 81 days before they even started the job. It is now August 10th which is 100 days from the signing of the sales agreement and the guy still has not showed back up to finish installing our windows that were supposed to be finished in an estimated 45 days. I have left several messages at the office of American Home Services in Orem and they do not return my calls to tell me when I can expect our windows to be installed as per the signed sales agreement. It would be great if someone would at least call us to let us know if and when they plan on finishing installing our windows.
We also had our roof replace by American Home Services which sales agreement was signed at the same time as the windows agreement. The roof looks great however the installers did destroy my flower bed when throwing the old roof tiles and debris off the roof. Also a light fixture inside the house fell and shattered while they were replacing the roof and I was told they would replace that light fixture and that has not happened either. The roof was started the second week of June and completed the third week in June. We would like to have our calls returned, our light fixture replaced and the rest of the windows we paid for to be installed.
