Worst customer service ever. If you do decide to work with these people I would suggest you submit your order in writing. That is the only way you will be able to prove what you actually ordered. I was sent (and charged for) items in my last order that I DID NOT order and when I called to let them know about their mistake and to find out the return policy I was told I DID order the extra items and there was no return policy. I could not return the items. What? Very clever grasshopper. Any future business dealings with them will be done in writing.
