I had Richard Aey come to my home to give me an estimate on hanging a huge crystal chandelier & 2 small ones that I purchased from overseas.
He checked the attic, I told him it weighs over 125 pounds, so his guys will have to hang frame st then put crystals since chandelier will be hanging 10ft high!
His guys came, took off 3 chandeliers, went to attic, "discovered" there were no boxes!! (Did I mention Rick went to attic at estimate visit?)
Next the "saw" hooks going on ceiling different than system in USA!! (Did I mention I told him it's from obverse as?)
His electrician told me "I'll have to figure it out!!!! & it's not Rick's fault!!!!!" Question: what was Rick's estimate visit for???
P.S. 1st thing the other 2 companies who came to give me estimates was they went to attic & mentioned there were no boxes, 2nd both companies guys checked fixtures to see what they're getting into!!!! 3rd, as all this mess was going at my home, he's no where to be reached as he's on an estimate visit!!! So guys had to put old fixtures back!!!!
Oh! & in order to put the crystals on, it'll have to be on time & material that's not included in estimate !!!!
