Two years ago last December, I cancelled a trip before the contract deadline. I requested that my $200 deposit be returned to me. He sent me a check two months later after I called several times reminding him. The check bounced. I tried redepositing it for months but the bank advised me there were no funds available. I contacted Carlos, the owner, he said he would send me another check and never did. He no longer accepts my phone calls or calls me back after several messages I left. I used his buses several times over the past18 years and he chooses to lose a customer rather than returning my $200 deposit and $34 returned check fee. So disappointed especially after a long business relationship and several referrals. Possibly going to contact my law firm just to make a point. TOTAL RIP OFF
