During our initial meeting with Mr. Robert Biscardi, the owner of Reliable Power Systems, we contracted to have a standby generator with a 500 gallon propane tank installed. Within two days we received a packet by mail with all of the information and forms to begin the process. Reliable took care of all of the permitting, HOA permissions, and provided an invaluable sheet which explained in detail the installation stages, time frames, and when payments were required. Every step of this installation was timely and effortless. The seven crew members on site were personable, knowledgeable, and deft at their crafts. This was also reflective of the office staff who were always helpful, compassionate, and pleasant. Mr. Biscardi said this installation would be "turn key" and he was correct. Reliable Power Systems handled everything from start to finish, and the entire process was completed in a very timely fashion. I heartily recommend this company if you are considering installing a stand by generator. You will not be disappointed.
