I originally purchased two inserts for our historical home. The installer was familiar with our home and needs. However, when it came time to install one of the units did not fit correctly. I decided to keep the unit and purchase a third smaller unit. During this decision Carol was to have her installer sent with several different blocks so that the unit would sit up higher. When the installer arrived, he did not have the items that had been previously discussed twice with Carol, so the installation was not complete. This was disappointing, so we had to research ourselves a correct item. Carol had agreed to have her installer come back out and re-install the unit correctly with the device we had purchased. The day that the installer was supposed to show, we received a phone call 30 minutes before he was to be at our home, Carol called to say that he was in Jury Duty! I think they would have know this at least the day before, not 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. The installer did not call us until 5:30,and then, but of course could not re-schedule till the following week! We have already been more than patient and spent much more money without any complaining. It is now almost Spring, and my patients have run out! We decided to install ourselves. My husband called to discuss with Carol to refund us the $90.00 install fee since install never as finished and then, basically a no -show appointment. My husband had to argue with her!!!!! Great customer service, hmmm, obviously not since I am writing this review. more
