Waste Connections customer service is the worst. The only thing they do on time is request payments. When I call to ask why my trash was not picked up they are rude and still demand I pay the whole month even though they did not pick up my trash. They claimed that there was something blocking dumpster, instead of calling to ask me about it or tell me their was an issue they just charging me without picking up any trash! Worst company!
