Rude and worst customer service in NYC 12/21/2015

I unfrequently write reviews, but am so appalled at the rude customer service here. Firstly, they speak Egyptian among themselves and in front of customers and snicker and laugh while looking at you. The males are chauvenists. If you ask for something, such as a hot bagel, one employee says something in his language and laughs, and they then proceed to give you the exact opposite. The prices vary everyday for the exact same order; if they don't like you, you will be ignored and they go on to the next customer. Every day at least one person walks out during my 45 minute stay without buying anything after yelling at them. The bagels are only good when they are hot and out of the oven, otherwise they are spongy, doughy and tasteless. Sorry Tal Bagels, but I gave you every opportunity to mend your ways; I won't be back here until there is new ownership. It does not good to complain to the manager, who yes's you, but nothing ever changes. more
