Tim and his trainee efficiently and methodically installed a new hot water heater for me recently. They used a thorough process and were careful about details. They explained things well and answered my many questions to my satisfaction. Since I didn't call the company until sometime after 11 a.m., I was amazed that they were able to install the new water heater that same day. Thanks to their diligent and careful work, I have quicker access to hot water with more volume.
