They told us that they were preferred providers for our insurance, but they were not. We wound up with over $1,000 in charges over our normal deductible. It they had been honest, we surely would have driven a few minutes to get to a preferred provider facility. The bottom line is that we probably should have checked on line first, but it was 3:00 in the morning, and my wife was in pain. Live and learn.
