I was recently dismissed from KS for missed appts. I have gone to them for about 35 yrs. S o i had quite a few missed apps. Some I cancelled, sme I did not. The bottom line is they say they lost moneys with three missed apps. This company has changed over the years. The administration is very cold. It is all about the money. If your insurance has ny paid they will turn you away. The calls I made for appeals were met with sarcasm side remarks from billing office supervisors. At a time in my life that I really need my Doctors my health has been placed in jeopardy by Kelsey Seybold denying service to me that I have had 35 yrs.
