Having visited a few times and enjoying my experience, I can't say the same after today's shopping experience. After looking through which project to start next, I decided on the Merit German Flak 88mm kit. I was happy with the price of the kit which is listed on their website and after requesting their pricing in person at the store, I decided to purchase the kit. During the checkout process, the owner proceeded to open the kit and look through, showing signs of regret for verifying the ~$40-50 price. He then began to look up the kit online and told me cannot sell me the kit until the following day. I was told the kit was found online for roughly ~$200 dollars and that he cannot sell the kit. I find this to be extremely poor business practice as both the website and internal pricing in the store has the kit listed at one price yet inform the customer that they will be charged a different considerably higher price at CHECKOUT. Unfortunately, I am incredibly upset as I ultimately decided on that model and my respect for this establishment has severely been diminished.
