Ordered a fridge that was materially different from what the salesperson described. Upon discovery that it did not have the features that I requested, I asked for an exchange. I was told I would have to pay both another delivery fee and a 20% restocking fee. after fighting with them for more than a month, i am fed up and now disputing the purchase with my credit card company. their leadership is both rude and unresponsive, only caring about the bottom line, not customer service. stay away! more
